Absolute disaster. I’m surprised that people are giving her good reviews as I have had a different experience with her. She was once interiors by Joanne Mills until she took £77000+ and after months of being chased around she decided that she didn’t have money and liquidated her company that she boats about so much. She took all the money before starting, which was my bad for trusting her. But how can I not trust her? She was very genuine and looked trust worthy, but in reality she is not like this at all. Reason I have her a star, is for her enthusiasm in making you believe. The strange thing was she boasts about her work on social media and was telling us the same time that she had fallen and couldn’t get on her feet, that she could finish the project which she hadn’t even started. When we decided to refurbish our house, I wasn’t sure whether to use an interior designer, I spoke to a few different designers but I wasn’t getting the level of confidence I needed to move forward till I spoke to Joanne.

Joanne spoke to me and explained that sometimes even soft furnishings can help transform the look and feel of the house. She visited the property, understood our requirements in terms of how we wanted to use each room and she helped us with a complete redesign of our house.

Level of involvement: Joanne led the project from start to finish and was personally involved at every stage.

Responsiveness: Joanne was always approachable, responsive, and extremely hard working (responding to emails even late in the evening or on weekends).

Attitude: When Joanne takes on a project she thinks of it like her own home and deals with a lot of care and attention. She was able to help overcome all the challenges we faced along the way.

Final result: Joanne was able to transform an old house into something that is beautiful and elegant and at the same time feels like home.

Jemma Woolcott, the senior designer who worked on my 2 bedroom flat, was top notch. She was considerate and very attentive down to every detail I wanted for the design. I had vague patches of ideas of what I wanted, but she took them and made something really beautiful.

At first I thought having an interior designer was too much of a luxury. But IBJM made it worth every penny. It meant I didn't have to worry about looking for furniture and matching them. They took care of ordering and delivery. They synchronised every activity with my schedule. And they remain conscious of the budget.

Now I look at what my flat has transformed into and I love every bit of it. I love living in it. Jemma, this wouldn't have looked half as good without your creativity and ingenuity! We appointed this studio back in September last year for a restyle on our very dated Victorian property. Jo's Knowledge in this field was exceptional. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Joanne. She is the most easiest person to get along with, and is always there to chat or give advice about any concerns that we have. She understood the interior design that I wanted to achieve straight away. She has such good taste with so many different varieties to offer. Amazing Service by Joanne & her team. I have a 4 bedroom apartment in Shepherds Bush that needed a complete makeover.
