We can send our quotes over sometimes without coming to see the job if the customer is happy to send a few photos over, this is only done really to save time if there is a leak and just needs to be done quickly.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We no longer go inside the customers house, we stay on the roof and also don't allow the customer to get too close to us when they come out to check our work
