I went for the full shebang complete clean for the summer, gutter cleaning, facia cleaning drive and patio power wash sanded and sealed and patio repointed and had my walls washed when I say outstanding service I mean it everything looks brand new, probably better then how it looked when I bought the property, Joseph was very polite and talked me through the steps and procces and ensured everything was wiped down and cleaned afterwards, definitely recommend this company and would like more work done in the future, Regards Raymond 😎

The feeling that they’ve done enough with there money and disappeared. Not so with Joseph from jk property maintenance who, I must say he really earned he’s crust this weekend, our front drive and back patio got into quite a bad state with dirt, moss and weeds we were given a range of quotes to choose from, Wich I liked so we could chose the level of clean we wanted.
The cleaning sanding and sealing exercise ran over 2 full days - not a quick hose down by any means. Obviously I expect a driveway cleaner to clean my drive - that’s the minimum and that was done as expected. However it’s the extra little bits around it that make the difference. As well as doing what we needed, Joseph liaised with the neighbours to make sure there cars weren’t muddied, cleaned up any mudflow that landed on there property as well as making sure our windows and doors had a good scrub down before leaving . All in all, very happy with the service. My wife’s comments on seeing the finalised surface was “I’d forgotten they where that colour”

We hired Jk property maintenance to clean the roof, facias, gutters and driveway just before selling our property to boost our sales and price and that it did to a high extent everything looks like new, I would 100% recommend!

Me and my husband decided we wanted our tarmac and concrete slabs replaced, we looked into a few more options as it was quite pricey, we found jk property maintenance and decided to give them a try as they provide tarmac and concrete washing and sealing we went ahead with the process and the finishing result was absolutely fantastic, we have a look of a brand new driveway and patio for less then quarter of the price, the lads had a few complications with the weather but was updating us throughout, fab work done by this company and definitely would like recommend.
