Craig was very quick to respond to my enquiry. He came round from another job he was finishing to provide a quote. A price was agreed for pressure washing the back garden & clearing the weeds from between the slabs. The slabs would then have new sand swept into the spaces. A small square area would have the old stones removed & new stones put down. A part from the broken garden ornament (sentimental) the back looks lovely. The old stones were not all removed before placing the webbing down for the new stones either the back or front garden - I guess the webbing will become ripped as the old stones work their way through. The front garden has been left half finished as Craig underestimated the volume of stones required. I was then asked to pay a further £640 to finish the job. This was double the cost of the stones - price checked by my daughter & I - so £300 was deducted from the agreed price to pay for the extra stones. I would recommend Craig learn how to calculate before he gives any more estimates. The damaged ornament was not found until after Craig & David left or I would’ve kept back the money to replace it when I deducted the £300. More...

I had a leak coming in for several weeks I had a few guys to sort the issue and they couldn’t sort it but jh home improvements came out and had the issue sorted out with no problems they talked me through the situation step by step and they completed now I ant having any leaks thanks to jh home improvement. Realy recommend 😁
