How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I would speak to the client over the phone and find out about the event. We would discuss if you require finger food, canapés, 2 course or 3 course.

I love entertaining people with food we all have to eat so why not enjoy this beautiful necessity with the people we love.
