My work is all about helping people grow - It is exactly why I love the job so much.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent along time in schools and as a Head Teacher. I realised that my entire approach as a senior leader to managing staff, parents and pupils was through coaching. So I have been doing it for a lot longer than my qualification! I know how transformative it can be. It genuinely can give people rocket fuel with which to launch themselves forward, not to mention a clear road map of where you are going and how to get there.

Executive Coaching & Mentoring
Coaching, at its simplest, is about having empowering conversations where insight and learning take place. It offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to slow down and make time to think. It gives leaders time to open up to possibility and think differently. It is a future-focused dialogue where you uncover the opportunities to craft your journey through to your desired outcomes or solutions.
As your coach and using a variety of techniques, my role is to stimulate your self-awareness and personal responsibility, open your mind and cause you to reflect, re-evaluate, re-consider and regenerate. As a result, you will have a clear path ahead.
Accountability Coach
I often see that people are missing someone to hold them to account - that isn't their boss! I am often asked to act as a mentor, checker or friendly 'line manager' to enable someone to focus and complete their chosen journey, goal, specific work load or simply face what needs to be faced, rather than constantly putting I off.

11+ Tutor / Private Teacher
As well as being a qualified coach, I have been in education for the past 35 years, the last 10 years as a head of a West London Prep school, feeding children into their chosen senior schools in central London, Home Counties and down to the South Coast
I am an expert in boosting confidence and ability for 11+ exams in English (comprehension & creative writing) maths, Verbal and non-verbal reasoning.
The sessions are always fun and motivating and confidence and ability increase rapidly.
