We have been working with Jay now for over 3 years and moving from a large accountancy firm to Jay has been a great experience.
She has helped me understand the accounting of the business and explained things to me sometimes more than once. When we came over to Jay our accounts were in a mess with no understanding of where the figures came from, but Jay soon sorted this out for us!!
Without her help and advise I would not have been able to move forward with the business. She has a lot of patience and nothing is too much trouble for her and is always ready to help out with things at short notice.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Most practices devote most of their time to larger clients, so smaller businesses and sole traders tend to be sidelined. Large practices can also be slightly intimidating to smaller businesses. I saw a need for a first class service that specializes in smaller businesses only, and can give them the professional, approachable, friendly service they need, in jargon-free English, while also being realistically priced!
