What do you love most about your job?
Coaching is such an individual experience as every client and every encounter is different. But the unifying truth is that everyone has challenges in their working lives and getting support to navigate a path through can be enormously helpful. I find huge reward in helping people gain insights into how they are currently working, where their strengths lie and how to build a plan for the next stage of their career.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working in senior roles within advertising and marketing, I decided it was time to make a change. I realised that the part of the industry that I enjoyed and excelled in, was helping individuals and teams develop and grow. I had also worked in the corporate world for a long time and felt the time was right to start my own business.

I'm happy to visit company offices in London or the South East, but do many of my meetings remotely through Google Meet, Teams or Zoom.

For a senior manager or business owner this mean having someone to bounce ideas off, or discuss the loneliness of leadership. For a middle manager or emerging talent it could be about the forays into leadership, imposter syndrome or confidence.

I work with people at different stages of career progression who need to make a shift.
This could be someone facing redundancy due to a corporate restructure, or someone who has decided their current role is simply not right for them. Whatever the reason, we would work together to identify strengths, motivations and values to help focus on the next career opportunity.
