What do you love most about your job?
I love being a tree surgeon because it combines an outdoor lifestyle with physical challenges and a chance to transform spaces and help nature. The work is also diverse and rewarding, with no two days being the same, whether you are climbing high or working at ground level.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For me, it's about the freedom to choose how I plan my day. I started my business for flexibility and freedom. I will NEVER put in another PTO request! I started my own tree and landscaping business because I think I might be in more control of my growth than being in a job.
