Professional facilitation can be used to turbo charge complex problem solving using internal resources/stakeholders, align individuals or a team to new strategic goals, perform operational or strategic planning.
Our Workshop Facilitation service may be procured as a standalone service or as a perfect accompaniment to our Business Strategy and Team Coaching packages.
What can I expect?
Prior to starting facilitation you will normally be scheduled an initial appointment with a dedicated consultant to discuss your needs, industry and goals.
The consultant will then create a detailed approach as to how your objectives may be met through a facilitated workshop.
As part of our bespoke service options are available for initial planning + facilitation only or planning, facilitation and consultation/findings report after the workshop.

Group coaching sessions are a great way to get started if you are new to coaching and seeking to start your personal or professional development journey.
With a per session cost of just £65 per session they are the most cost effective way of accessing professional coaching expertise.
