What do you love most about your job?
It’s seeing the moment someone realises they’re stronger than they thought physically and mentally. Watching a client go from doubting themselves to smashing goals, smiling more, and walking a little taller… that’s everything.
I love being part of people’s journeys, not just in fitness, but in confidence, mindset, and self-belief. It’s the small wins the first proper push-up, a deeper squat, fitting into old jeans, or simply feeling proud of showing up. Knowing I’ve played a part in helping someone feel better in their own skin is genuinely the most rewarding feeling.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because I know firsthand how life-changing it can be to have someone believe in you, guide you, and push you when you don’t yet believe in yourself. I had a coach who did that for me she helped me see my potential, not just physically but mentally too. That support shaped my journey, and it made me realise: I want to do the same for others.
Helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident is what drives me. I wanted to create a space where people feel encouraged, empowered, and never judged. A space where fitness isn’t just about the scales, but about self-belief, strength, and showing up for yourself.
That’s why I started this business to make a real difference in people’s lives, just like someone once did for me.
