George and Alex worked well when they were here. But they ere paid for a number of jobs and left woth some still to complete promising to return. Despite continual requests and promises to return, they never reappeared and I have had to call in other tradesmen to complete the job.I have learned never to part with any money until all jobs are completed. I notice that previous poor reviews on their website for the same problem seem to have disappeared! I would not feel confident in giving them any further work. More...

Hey Megan, sorry to respond at your review but all of the above that you mentioned they are not correct. We did turn up once to get the job completed and feed your two other bats but you was not at home and I did not have the time to wait around until you come home to finish the job, and when I completed the job inside of your property you ask me in the front step door how much I will charge you to feed it to water but and I have told you that will be free of charge as it is a bonus from us, but that is not a problem that you left the review but you should not do it as the job was completed. The water bottle was free of charge was just a bonus from us that I promise you I would do but I did not have the time too, pop around too many times as you like as mentioned before I did turn up once and was not at home. Sorry for that. Take care.

George and Alex fitted a new liner to our fish pond, they both arrived on time and both worked tirelessly the whole day, retrieving fish and frogs and wildlife to a holding, taking old liner out with a mass amount of silt, fitting new liner all in one day, and returned 2 weeks later as agreed to take rubbish to the tip.
