We hired them to clean the garden up (mid sized garden).
Clear the garden of green waste.
- They left LOADS behind, as well as their own litter.
Cut back brambles 2 feet from the garden. - They managed 5 inches
They were supposed to remove the garden turf, put down a weed mat and gravel. - They strimmed it, put the mat ON TOP and covered with gravel.
They DID manage to put the chippings and they DID manage to put the mat down (without pins).
They also managed to do the job in 2 days as promised.
But £1500 for half a job?! Now we have to find someone to remove the rubbish they left, replace the garden furniture they broke and finish the brambles.
They also swore down that they put weed killer as an alternative to removing the turf or cutting the brambles. Unless 'spit and red bull cans' are now considered 'weed killer', none was used and I expect to be seeing stuff growing through the gravel in a couple of weeks.

I would advise people to steer clear of this company. They are just rip off merchants. I had a quote for my garden to be dug over, a bush trunk taken out, top soil, take my compost bin away and the contents and finally the whole area to be turfed. I was told it would take 2 days by Lorraine. When I got home from work on the first day I found out it had taken them 3 hours. It was a mess. The bush stump hadn't been dug up, they'd scattered my compost over the garden that hadn't rotted, they hadn't dug it and no top soil in sight. I rang Lorraine and asked them to rectify it but instead I got her bully of a husband on the phone issuing threats if I didn't pay. Having a disabled Father at home alone sometimes I had no choice. They are a bunch of cow boys I made the mistake of hiring them to fix guttering and replace my garden gate.
The new garden gate looks as if it's been installed by a Five year old and cost £600 . They quoted me £600 to repair the guttering and after examination asked for a further £700 because the allegedly found a problem with the wooden base behind the guttering. It rained a couple of days later and guttering still leaked. Called them and they said they all had to isolate because of COVID and could I please get some one else to fix the guttering and they would pay the other company. I found another company who and they would only do the work if I paid them. Guttering was fixed and took around two hours. There wasn't a problem with the wooden backing and the missed a problem with the lead on my chimney . Total cost to fix both problems was £120. I called L & T and asked the for a refund of my money and they promised to refund me the next day. That was in early July and I haven't heard a word of them since. I'm on Universal Credit and £1300 out of pocket.

They turned up on time and as weather was bad finished early and promised to return at a later date to finish also they promised to return monthly to keep garden tidy but after paying them I haven’t seen them since left message but they have failed to reply really disappointed wouldn’t recommend these to anyone
