An outstanding and hardworking team, completed the job within a day (some alternative quotes were 2-5 days) the 3 person team were polite, friendly, hard-working, and professional. Everything that was recyclable got recycled, everything that was waste was disposed of properly within a skip, and everything of any value has gone off to auction. An outstanding job. A 3 bedroom bungalow with kitchen, bathroom, living room and Garden shed! All stacked with furniture, cloths and all sorted of random items. And some unsavoury things too. The team of 3 who were professional polite and friendly cleared everything in a day! A skip was already taken care of, a recycling trip done and anything that could be auctioned was carefully separated and dealt with accordingly. 3 other companies quoted a varied amount and timeframe from 2 days to over a week! I had received a quote for the clearance of my mother's bungalow following her moving to residential care. All I needed was a date following the confirmation of the sale, that would allow weeks for that to be arranged. Wrong. Due to circumstances beyond my control I gave the company six days. Unbelievably, they rose to the challenge and cleared the property, or so we all thought, the loft had been missed. I was very impressed with how they cleared my sister's house, garden and garden sheds. She has downsized to a one-bed sheltered flat from a 4-bed house where she had been the sole occupant for nearly 2 years. As she now uses a wheelchair indoors, she was unable to clear much herself.
