I ordered a few bits for a pump head, the 2 types of seal kits and the cam bearing. Got an email the day after ordering stating they don't have a cam bearing until a week later. Was told they can refund the amount of the cam bearing that takes 5 days. So to repair the pump on my machine now I have to wait 5 days for a refund in order to make an order for a new cam bearing elsewhere. We all don't have money to spare to just order it from somewhere else. Very unprofessional of them to not update the stock on their website and allow me to order something that isn't available.
