The locksmith that showed up was kind and professional, and their response time was lightning fast. He took one look at the situation and unlocked the door without breaking anything. Initially Patrick appeared honest credible person, who is a man of his word. However his team (John) did not deliver what was promised and what I paid for. I was very clear what I wanted done but they did a rush job with very untidy finishes. Patio is okay however one slab was not cut into shape and split into two, which makes patio not very uniform. Also I paid for extra jobs which the team did not complete. I contacted Patrick and he said he will provide a fix but did not come. I know next time to do my research when booking freelancers. Patrick was proffessional and highly motivated. We couldnt give him access, so he threw more people at the job. Our entire lawn was done in a day. Absolutley amazing job. Top notch workers, very polite and cleaned up after themselves brilliant. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! More...

Patrick was professional and the job was done very well. The concrete paving job was great. The only criticism was that Patrick said he will add mesh to the concrete but was not added at the end.

I would recommend him though.

A tree blew down in our garden and Paddy from JM Property came to the rescue. He arrived promptly at the time he suggested and set to work. Paddy was an absolute pleasure from when he arrived to when he left. A wonderful person who did an amazing job in our front garden.

He did the job exactly as we wanted and also went beyond to make sure the job was perfect.

Booked again for a back garden.

My experience of working with JM property was an all around positive one.
They were unphased by the task of lawn clearance and the overgrown hedge.
They were punctual and organised.
They task was efficiently and respectfully dealt with.
The removal of waste was also carefully moved despite poor access through the house.
There was no sign of debris on the floor and front was clean and tidy.
All garden material was removed and,at last , the garden was restored.

Done a great job was here on time and fixed the leak in my loft

Spoke to him over the phone to help me with opening my room door. Very lovely man and tried his best to help me. Would recommend if you need a locksmith!

Very quick service, John was very nice! He even showed us how to fix our problem so that we wouldn't need to call a locksmith if it happens again.
