I just want to say that I cannot fault J J Neal Services. I first called Joe when my daughter had a plumbing emergency. He came out within the hour and identified the problem, doing a temporary fix until he could return with the necessary parts. I had to call J J Neal Services a second time when my daughters boiler started making terrible noises. Joe was working out of the area but said he would attend later in the day on his way home to look at her boiler.
