Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and very tidy worker. Opened locked door ( we had no key) then replaced lock and arranged for and replaced letterbox. Highly recommend.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people when they need it - for example when somebody is locked out of their house. Meeting people and travelling around the county.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent 35 years in the military and wanted to work for myself so that I could be my own boss and make the decisions that would affect me.

I am honest, reliable, professional and trustworthy (as you would expect from an Armed Forces Veteran). I take pride in my work and I always aim to give the best possible service at a reasonable price.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am happy to wear PPE if the customer requires it, I carry a face mask, protective latex gloves and boot covers in my van.
