The new roofs to my property, carried by this company were 1st class. I received a itemised written quote which was fair and reasonable and a start date for the work.
John kept me informed when activities were about to happen at all times, and true to his word they did.
Scaffold was errected, old roofs removed, new tiles installed and scafold removed within days.
The guys doing the job were hard working top class tradesmen in every respect and very tidy.
On completion, I received a proper sales invoice for the job.

After receiving several quotes from other companies, John is the only one who supplied information regarding if retrospective planning permission needs to be requested and that the company has the unique ability to self-certify their work complies with relevant building regulations. Fortunate for me I found a upfront honest tradesman. The other companies I asked for quotes blatantly lied to me when I asked what was needed, saying replacing a full roof does not need retrospective planning permission and no work requires signing off. Unbelievable! Two of which are listed on Bark. I chose John as he has been very through, providing choices and designs. We feel safe in his hands as he was honest as to planning regs'.
