I can’t express how grateful I am to Rob, it’s like he brought my vision to life in a way I didn’t think was possible. My website was a cheap and cheerful Wix one. As I like being creative myself I thought I’d give it a go. It looked ‘OK’ but was non functional. Rob helped me to create a wonderful aesthetically pleasing site that helps customers find me. I needed something professional looking with personality and warmth. The website he created for me has a beautifully clean look, is so easy to navigate, and he turned it around so quickly. Importantly, the pricing and service is very reasonable and transparent. I honestly hadn't considered getting help for this for the fear it would be out of my budget. If I could give 0 stars I would. Head Office customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I requested to cancel services at the point where the franchisee told me he was leaving, whilst still awaiting their response they passed an invoice I never received to a debt collectors, days after I raised my concerns. Would avoid like the plague.
