I've had my website now for six months and have found its just what i need in this early stage. Each time I have an idea or clarity on an aspect of my evolving business, I can easily access the editing functions and make the changes quickly. Its intuitive and easy to integrate with other applications like Mailchimp. And when I get stuck, the support is there in person from Phil or the wider team. But working with Alex at Itseeze Cardiff was genuinely a dream. If I could give 0 stars I would. Head Office customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I requested to cancel services at the point where the franchisee told me he was leaving, whilst still awaiting their response they passed an invoice I never received to a debt collectors, days after I raised my concerns. Would avoid like the plague.

Had website with it'seeze (York) for almost 11 years. Garry was always on hand when needed with help and advice. My it'seeze website grew along side my business and I was able to update and change it regularly. I began with a basic package and over time had several upgrades.
