I can’t express how grateful I am to Rob, it’s like he brought my vision to life in a way I didn’t think was possible. My website was a cheap and cheerful Wix one. As I like being creative myself I thought I’d give it a go. It looked ‘OK’ but was non functional. Rob helped me to create a wonderful aesthetically pleasing site that helps customers find me. I needed something professional looking with personality and warmth. The website he created for me has a beautifully clean look, is so easy to navigate, and he turned it around so quickly. Importantly, the pricing and service is very reasonable and transparent. I honestly hadn't considered getting help for this for the fear it would be out of my budget. I am so very grateful to Rob and his team. I now have an affordable, functional and beautiful website that I am really proud of. Could not be more delighted with the outcome! More...

Rooms can be quite noisy especially around about closing time. The building is old and quirky which has character. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We didn’t eat here so I’m not sure about the food but the bar was very popular. I think the place has recently changed hands my advice to the new owners is try and stop the main doors constantly banging closed you can’t do much about noisy customers but banging doors is an easy fix. We are absolutely delighted with the outstanding website created for HMT Electrical Services by It’seeze Websites and Alun Hurn! From the very beginning, Alun took the time to understand our business, our services, and the type of customers we want to reach. His ability to transform our ideas into a professional, modern, and easy-to-navigate website was incredibly impressive. Throughout the entire process, Alun was patient, helpful, and always one step ahead. He offered brilliant suggestions on layout, content structure, and design elements that we would never have thought of ourselves. His communication was clear and consistent, keeping us updated at every stage and making the whole experience completely stress-free. The finished website not only looks fantastic, but it also works smoothly across all devices and truly showcases the quality and reliability of our electrical services. Clients have already commented on how clean, clear, and professional it appears — a true credit to Alun’s dedication and expertise. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result. Avoid this restaurant!||We used to occasionally visit this restaurant when it used to be called “stoneaged” to celebrate special occasions & always used to be known for the hot stone steaks! Which used to be phenomenal. ||Sadly our experience last night was a nightmare! We are unsure whether this is under new management however it has been renamed and refurbished. We arrived at 6pm the time of our booking, to which the restaurant looked near enough in darkness. There were no staff at all on arrival, we had to go to the pub area to ask a member of staff if there was anyone to seat us. After being seated we had to physically turn on the candle on the table & decoration as we were sat in near enough darkness whilst a member of staff turned on the lights above the table! (At this point we should have left if we knew what was to come)!||We waited half an hour for our starters, we ordered 3 prawn pil pil, to which came swamped in oil, lukewarm & big thick chunks of garlic and a single chilli placed on top? My husband only had prawns in oil! Nobody came to ask how the starter was to which we would have raised our first complaint. After half an hour of the starters being sat at the table nobody came to clear away any dirty plates. 45 minutes after the starters were served the plates were then cleared and we was then asked how they were.||An hour later the mains were served to which before we’d have the side plate served first then the sides & then the hot stone with the steak, this then allows you to take the steak off the hot stone to stop it from cooking! We were served the steak first with no side plates or sides or garlic butter until 5 minutes later to which we’ve had to lift the steak off the stone with a fork whilst waiting! My husbands meal was inedible due to the stone being cold! We also was not served any garlic butter which you need to cook the steak and to stop it from sticking to the stone, my husband had to get up 2 times to ask a member of staff in the bar area if we could have the garlic butter, to which he replied. Did you order it? And then said they are all new staff you should give them a chance!!!||After 5 minutes later the actual manager came and give us a small bowl of the garlic butter and a tea spoon for the 4 of us?! |We also ordered peppercorn sauce to which was purely a cream based sauce with what looked like a massive amount of pure black pepper you’d have at home mixed in! This was absolutely disgusting and we were unable to eat it! Another inedible addition!||After raising the fact the stone was not hot the waitress (lily) who was the deputy manager stated she had let the manager know and she’d come over to us. 10 minutes had passed and nothing.. so my husband raised it again after being sat with food cold & food he hadn’t even been able to touch! She then stated she is on a phone call and could be an hour before she come to see what the problem was! Absolutely disgusting as a manager I must say!||We then overheard another table who were a party of 3. Who were still awaiting to have there starters and must have been locals after speaking to the waiter Ryan who stated he finished his shift at 6pm and he had stayed over to help the guys out, and further stated the chef isn’t in it’s the manager cooking the food! We were never notified of this at the start or throughout the booking as we would have never had come! Hence the appauling food!|||My husband at this pointy then had enough and physically found the managers office and knocked on to speak to her, to which she finally came to the table and asked my husband to step away from the table to speak to her!! To which again he had to go to the bar area her excuse for not coming was because she was on a phone call and was smirking whilst saying this. In the end a table of 6 walked out who were celebrating a birthday!||The party of 3 next to us were still waiting there starters and we spent a total of 2 hours there which was an absolute disgrace. We were offered half price for our meals & my husband for free however the cost was still £71. It comes to something when the table next to us gasped that they were still asking us for £71. We will never ever return here again!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID More...

Stunning location—but a truly disappointing dinner.|We were drawn in by a friend’s recommendation to try their signature “steak on stone,” the only steak option on their menu. So we ordered four of them, expecting that sizzling presentation—only to receive our steaks on plain plates. When we questioned it, staff offered to move the meat onto hot stones... but it was already cooked perfectly. This transfer would have compromised the texture, which thankfully never happened—but the steaks turned out over-seasoned and far too salty.|What really stung: there was no acknowledgement of this culinary misstep. Instead of offering a meaningful discount, we were offered a single free drink at the end of the meal—as we were leaving, we refused. When we asked for a price reduction to reflect the experience, the manager refused—and even added that she’d rather not have us as customers again.|This was truly our worst dining experience, and we’ll never return. The White Swan Henley in Arden |If you are thinking of staying in this hotel don’t. It is the worse hotel experience I have had in a long time. First it is an old quirky building thus a lift is not an option, fair enough. It does have many flights of steps to be negotiated. More importantly they do ask you to use a flight of metal steps at the back of the hotel, which in my view, are potentially very dangerous. So if you have any mobility issues don’t even think of booking. The ensuite bathroom in our room was generally adequate but without an adequate towel rail for wet towels and no glasses for tooth brushes etc. Our room was small and did not have a wardrobe in order to hang clothes. In fact the double bed occupied pretty well the whole of the room. You could not open the windows and thus in the morning there was much condensation. The windows were single glazed and the room overlooked the pub courtyard and thus we were kept awake by a great deal of noise including the staff clearing the tables quite late at night.|There are certain basic things one expects from a hotel in this day and age which includes WIFI in the rooms. No such luck. Obviously there was no phone in the room. By the way despite what a previous reviewer said breakfast is not included. |Henley in Arden is a pretty town well worth a visit.
