I used this company two times, and both times it did not work out. The second time I waited two weeks until my CD player was starting to be eventually looked at. I explained the problem by phone and text, after two weeks I was told that it was being worked on then a few days later I would be asked again what the problem was with the unit. I don't know if multiple people were working on it, but I had to explain the problem with it at least three times which was quite frustrating. Communication was also not very good with me having to regularly chase up the issue, he would tell me that he would call me at a certain time, and close to that time I would text him or call him to see how he was doing, he always seem to get distracted with something. I also did not like his pushy salesman tactics, he tried to sell me some cheap CD player, which I turned down, be he kept pushing it, four times I turned him down, and when I got my CD player back from him he bought the other one along with him, still trying to sell it to me which was not appreciated, he does not seem to take no for an answer. I texted him asking when he would be dropping off the CD player but got no reply, then he turned up unexpectedly without warning (or replying to my text) at 2pm with my unit. He told me I could use one of them as spares, but how can I when they are two different models? My CD player also was returned back to me with some scratches on the lid, even though I asked him to take good care of it. I don’t like leaving negative views, especially when other reviews are positive (5 stars) and saying how professional the service was, unfortunately this was not the case in my experience. The reason I am leaving two stars is because the fees were reasonable, but I am still not entirely sure what sort of work was done on it, or if it was looked at 100% properly. More...

dont get theses cowboys to put tv on wall for you i contacted them to put tv on wall when they did come up after 3 days wait first thing that went wrong they put tv to low so left with 2 holes on wall so they started again they put it up but tv did not work after they put it up tv is only 2 weeks old the tv was working fine just before they came up so they must have damage it while putting it up ask him to come back up and check it but he refused it cost me 140 for them to do it so if your thinking of getting tv on wall dont get these cowboys every time i texted them they just ignored them or phone them the phone just rings out 2 week old tv they trying to say there a fault on tv but cant be as i watched tv right up to they came in my house then i put tv off so they could fit it but did not work after they left SO IF YOUR THINKING OF GETTING TV ON WALL GO TO SOME ONE ELSE DONT GO TO THESE COWBOYS CAUSE THEY DONT TAKE ANY REPOSABILTY SO I PUT IN HANDS OF LAWYERS

Had an issue while taking apart and cleaning my PC, had a quick search on google and came across this place, gave them a phone and they said they could pick up my PC that evening, they came and got it and got it fixed. (So long as you can be flexible in return) they can be flexible in getting you computer back to you (even 2/3 in the morning) they fixed it and told me what I messed up while cleaning.
