To understand the emotion portrayed and how the customer is feeling.

I ask three main questions;

What Dates are available
What do you love most about your job?
I get to meet new and wonderful people and actually create long term bonds.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had just left university due to poor health and I didn’t want to stop doing what I loved.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because to me, I put myself in their shoes. I talk to people how I would want to be spoken to and I make clients feel such as ease.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If I am feeling unwell I let the customers know. Health is a huge priority of mine.
