Why should our clients choose you?
I've been counselling for around 8 years now between the United States and United Kingdom. I've worked with a diverse range of issues not limited to anxiety, depression, identity concerns, life adjustments, stress, and trauma. I also specialize in gender, sexual and relationship diversity, having experience and education around these interests. I work as an integrative counsellor, though I am primarily person-centred by nature. I work in whatever way feels most right for you.
I have been in the aerial and pole fitness world for the last 3 years and love to embrace the community and fitness to encourage my wellness and that of others - no matter their walk of life. As a coach, I love to see the students I work with succeed.

I provide counselling via telephone, Microsoft Teams, and in person. In special cases, I may be able to provide home visits in Warwickshire and surrounding counties.
I provide fitness coaching and performance services in Warwickshire and surrounding counties, but can provide online private instruction via Microsoft Teams.
