The vast majority of our work is now done by phone, email etc - although it is always a pleasure to see people on Zoom/Skype links etc. One day soon, I hope, we will be able to resume face to face consultations at our offices too
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our work is now conducted by phone or online. Our (shared) offices in Milton Keynes have implemented many COVID-safe practices but for now we feel it is safer not to meet face to face
