Services

As an experienced Psychologist and Psychotherapist, published Author and 3 x World Record holder, I offer specialist keynote talks designed to inspire and educate.
I speak on range of topics related to mental health, wellbeing, and personal development. These talks are crafted to provide both valuable insights and practical strategies, that can be applied in both personal and professional settings.

I am an expert speaker having delivered to audiences ranging from 50 to 1000 at both private and public events around the world. I’ve spoken directly at organisations including the Home Office, Amazon, Disney & GSK. I’ve also deliver talks at the annual The Health & Safety Expo, various Workplace Wellbeing events and professional and Academic Conferences.

I deliver engaging and thought-provoking sessions tailored to the audiences needs. Nobody likes ‘death by powerpoint’, so I use my speaking engagements to create an interactive environment where you can gain not only knowledge but also useful tools to apply straight away.

Each session is designed to be interactive, engaging, and actionable, providing the audience with a deeper understanding of themselves and the tools to enhance their wellbeing.

Integrative Psychotherapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially during periods of change or uncertainty. Therapy offers a supportive space to explore challenges, gain new perspectives, and move towards meaningful change.

I'm a Contemporary Psychotherapist and see therapy as a collaborative conversation – a space to better understand yourself and navigate life’s complexities. My approach is integrative and client-focused, drawing on a range of evidence-based methods including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, IFS, and Eco-Therapy. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are.

I’ve worked in both the NHS and private sector, supporting people with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, loss, and life transitions. Some people come with clear goals, others just know something feels off – either way, therapy can be a valuable space to be heard and supported.

Outside private practice, I speak and train globally on mental health and wellbeing, and also guide nature-based experiences to support connection and resilience.

Sessions are available online via Zoom or Teams, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm.

With experience speaking to audiences ranging from 50 to over 1000 people, I’ve delivered talks at global conferences, corporate events, and within organisations such as the Home Office, Amazon, Disney, and GSK. I’ve also spoken at the annual Health & Safety Expo, workplace wellbeing forums, and academic conferences.

I don’t believe in ‘death by PowerPoint’. My sessions are interactive, thought-provoking, and tailored to the needs of the audience. Whether I’m speaking about mental health, resilience, leadership, or the therapeutic power of adventure, my goal is always to connect with people in a real and lasting way.

Some of the themes I regularly explore include specialist topics in adult and young people’s mental health; how to build positive, supportive workplace cultures; developing resilience and managing stress; leadership skills; enhancing communication skills; and the wellbeing benefits of nature and adventure.
