What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It’s no secret, be more careful about what you put in (you don’t have to stop all your treats) and exercise.
Burn more calories than you consume. Don’t beat yourself up. If you keep at it, you will achieve it.
Exercise can be fun (not always, but we can make it less tedious)
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is seeing the change in people. The accomplishments they make and hearing the stories of how people have commented on their weight loss, how much better they look. It’s incredibly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a big lad 18 stone... I’d tried the gym and fitness many times. Until I met Adam. He didn’t make me do anything I didn’t want to do, instead he designed a program around the exercises I kind of enjoyed. Before I knew it big changes were taking place. I wanted to be able to help others feel the same as I did.
