After 2 years with Ilenia by my side, it is hard to even put into words how wonderful of a Personal Trainer she is! Highly knowledgeable on all things fitness, she is always attentive, open to feedback, and will work with you on an exercise until your form is perfect before moving on.
On a bad day, she’s your biggest cheerleader, and on a good day she’s ready to make you burn! Ilenia strikes the perfect balance in her sessions between working out and having a lot of fun! We never stop laughing together, and she knows exactly what to say or do to make you excel in every single workout!
If you’re her client, she gives you everything she has, makes the effort to get to know you, and does her research so she can help you smash through any personal challenges.
As someone with late-diagnosed AuDHD, she was my biggest support as I learned about myself and how to keep consistent with my nutrition and fitness.
This woman is 10/10 in every way and I couldn’t imagine a better Personal Trainer, and I definitely couldn’t imagine another trainer caring as much as she does!

A part from being a kind and funny human being, she really infused me with passion about keeping myself in good health helping me with my fitness and dietary goals.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been in a gym environment since a young age, but during the pandemic, the only thing that made me keep going on the day was working out. The big push though came when I helped my Mates train with me. I got inspired by that feeling and how I changed them during the rough period
