Brilliant job, house was lovely and clean and smelt so fresh. All cleaning items were supplied by them. Last Saturday 17th December 22 did not only my 3 bed semi but my daughters much larger home.

He is a very nice guy but his cleaning standard did not meet my expectation. He scrubbed the shower system in one of the bathrooms well and got rid of some stubborn lime scale in another, but I still need to clean both bathrooms to get them to an acceptable standard.

Very clean! Was able to clean at a last minute request which was fab. He did a brilliant job (also teaching me how to get rid of some stains that don't seem to shift) and I will be using his service again in the future for sure. Very friendly person.

Absolutely appalling service.
Nice man, but cleaning standard was very poor. Carpet in all rooms still dirty after clean. Window sills covered in dust, hairs over bath, walk in shower and toilets. Muddy water marks still up wc wall tiles.
Very disappointed.
Showed Ian all the issues before he left and he agreed standard wasn’t great and agreed to no payment.
This was a house clean for a new property we have moved in to.
All ready booked another company to do full house clean. More...

I am new to this way of working so have no comparison to make, in general I hate machines and prefer a human voice which tells me more about the person I am dealing with ( it also tells them too)

Ian came on time, did a wonderful job for deep cleaning my oven, extractor fan, microwave and bathroom, he finished everything within his estimated time, I would highly recommend him.

Ian did an excellent job deep cleaning my parents house yesterday. He arrived promptly and although the job was bigger than he first thought (my fault there, apologies Ian) he cracked on and ensured the job was completed within the day. How he got the grease off their kitchen cupboards I have no idea and their bathrooms are gleaming!! He is a genuine, friendly guy who also managed to put my ‘cleaner adverse’ parents at ease by chatting away with them while he worked. Hopefully, this has paved the way for them to accept more help and have Ian back again. I will definitely be using you again!! Thanks. More...
