Knowledgeable about what they do- IgnisSecure are great to undertake security installations. I had domestic work done- and they maintain the alarm system too.
They have carried out maintenance for over 5 years- and the system still works perfectly. They are always accommodating- when I need something added or replaced.
We use the app and I can control my home security when I’m away from home.

What I love most is knowing that the work we do directly protects people, property, and livelihoods. Every system we install or maintain adds a layer of safety and peace of mind for our clients. Whether it's preventing a fire or deterring a break-in, there's a real sense of purpose in creating safer environments and that’s incredibly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working in the fire and security industry, I saw an opportunity to do things differently with a stronger focus on reliability, transparency, and customer service. I wanted to build a company that clients could truly trust, where quality isn’t compromised and every job is done with pride. Starting IgnisSecure was about taking control of that vision and creating something that reflects my standards and values.

Yes, while many of our services involve on-site installation and maintenance, we do offer a range of remote and online support options. These include virtual consultations, system design planning, remote monitoring setup, and technical support via phone or video call. For clients with internet-enabled systems, we can also perform diagnostics, updates, and troubleshooting remotely, helping to reduce downtime and keep your systems running smoothly.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We’ve implemented strict safety protocols to protect our customers and staff, including the use of PPE, regular sanitizing of equipment, and social distancing during site visits. We also offer contactless consultations and remote support where possible, reducing the need for face-to-face interaction while still delivering high-quality service. Our team is fully trained in COVID-safe practices to ensure peace of mind with every visit.
