I can't recommend IES highly enough. Alex came out on a Sunday to survey for the install and 24 hours later my new charger was up and running. Although my installation was probably mostly straight forward, my vent brick did come loose however Alex re-mortared that back into place and did a nice tidy installation. Excellent service from start to finish!
I'd been searching for a charger for a few weeks but wasn't sure which was the most suitable for my home. I also had a number of questions about where exactly I could fit my charger and run the wires etc. Alex spoke to me personally and explained a variety of different options and emailed a list of chargers to look at. The prices were very reasonable. After looking through the information I chose a charger but still wasn't sure about the positioning possibilities. Alex came out to my house and worked out a solution which matched all my requirements and answered all the questions I had. I then fixed a day for installation.
A few days later Alex came to fit the charger. He worked professionally and installed it very neatly. He carried out a variety of tests on the charger and then tested to make sure my car would charge and then fully explained how to use it before he left.

Alex is a very professional tradesman that clearly takes pride in doing a good job. We had Alex fit an electric vehicle charging point and despite it being an awkward 20 metre run of cabling around an old cottage, he finished on time and on budget and did an excellent job.
