Brilliant coach
I have now had over 10 sessions of coaching with Jenny and I can honestly say she is an excellent coach.
She is very caring and a good listener and will ask all the right sort of questions to help you move forward. I have also had the privilege of attending her activation courses. With her coaching I have better understood what really makes me tick and excites me in life and I have been able to jump over chicken lines and do things which I might not have, due to lack of courage. She could easily charge more for the service she provides.

What do you love most about your job?
It brings me much joy to play a role in awakening and unlocking the hearts and minds of individuals, and to see them step into more of their true potential. The release and fulfillment these individuals find in their lives through my coaching also brings me fulfillment! It is something I am made for!
What inspired you to start your own business?
A love for people and a passion to help individuals overcome limiting beliefs, know who they truly are and discover more of their incredible potential.
Having come out of an abusive background I struggled for many years to know my identity and value and I have had to work hard to overcome limiting beliefs about myself. My healing journey, alongside excellent training, has led to my discovering and developing coaching methods that are truly life-transforming. It is now my delight to come alongside, facilitate and empower individuals to become their true selves, free to fulfill the purpose for which they are uniquely created.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I currently do all my coaching online, via video call.

I offer 1:1 coaching in person or via video call and occasionally run workshops in person or online.
Clients normally have a series of 12, or sometimes 6 or 4, sessions with the option of continuing for longer. I may occasionally offer single sessions. I offer potential clients a free, no strings attached, consultation in advance of any commitment.
