I had an appointment with Claire about back issues.
My back had been hurting for longer that I'd admit (a couple months at least), after one session, my back felt so much lighter and the spots that hurt the most and the deepest were so relaxed.
I'd 10000000% recommend Hackney Holistic, it was a lovely experience and I couldn't thank Claire more for all her help !!!!!

Acupressure
Acupressure works on the same ancient theory as acupuncture. Points are stimulated gently with the practitioners own fingers, naturally easing blockages and restoring balance. Research suggests particular success with morning sickness, anxiety and paediatric care where a gentler approach is preferred.
Cupping
Cupping feels like massage in reverse. By gently pulling the muscles and fascia upwards, it draws toxins to the surface of the skin where the immune system is better able to eliminate them and encourages oxygenated blood flow to the area.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture points are chosen according to your specific diagnosis. It initiates the healing mechanisms within your own body. Once the extremely fine needles are in, many patients feel a sense of serenity and calm.
Facial rejuvenation
Acupuncture Facial Renewal is the natural alternative to Botox. It increases blood to the face improving vitality, increases collagen to areas with wrinkles and causes muscles to contract thereby toning the face where elasticity has been lost through the process of ageing.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha improves local circulation and breaks up scar tissue or adhesions in the muscles and connective tissue, by gently scraping a tool over the surface of the skin to stimulate local circulation. It is also a great complementary technique for treating respiratory conditions.
Moxibustion
Mugwort is a herb used to warm and stimulate acupuncture points through a process called moxibustion. It improves circulation to relieve pain and boost energy. It is also used successfully to turn breech babies.
Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a complete system of western natural medicine that focuses on preventive health and the use of non-toxic, natural therapies. It is all about encouraging and supporting your body's own natural self healing mechanisms.
Electro acupuncture
Electroacupuncture is intended to help increase the potential healing effects of traditional acupuncture. It works by passing a tiny electrical impulse between two needles. The patient may report a gentle vibration. It is useful for chronic or acute musculoskeletal pain.
