I asked for a quote to clear and clean a flat following a family bereavement and with a limited time scale to clear the property. A quote was provided which was paid for upfront to expedite the works. However, they only carried out the clearing and said they hadn't quoted for the clearing. This was despite discussion with the company where it was clarified that the quote asked for was both. Despite assurances to call me to resolve the situation I have since heard nothing over the last two months. The tenant had left rubbish absolutely everywhere,at least a years worth of food containers piled in every room. The guys who came to to the clearing were amazing .they got stuck in and had the place emptied in a few hours.
