Graham came to my house to set up Remote Access on a CCTV DVR that I thought was faulty.I needed the Remote Access facility so that if me or my mum were not at home we could monitor our house on ourhouse on our phones or iPad from where ever we were. Graham could have easily have scammed me by pretending that the DVR was faulty and needed''repairing'' or that I needed a new one . I would have been none the wiser if he had decided to do that.However he didn't. Graham did a great job of installing a 4 camera "Dahua" system which I find very user friendly. He showed me how easy it was to check the recordings with only a few clicks to check what had happened previouslyI got a separate monitor so that I can view (like a second TV) everything happening around my house in real time.
