Found this Company when searching for someone to repair our Holiday Let Hot Tub. Really happy with the response and advice I received. Appointment was made and the man turned up as booked. Originally Hottub Dr helped us fix a electrical problem on our hot tub. In order to do this our visiting “Dr” had to empty our hot tub he brought with him a pool that he emptied the water into (and it kept most of its heat) then when he’d finished he was able to refill the hot tub so we could use it the same evening! We were very impressed. Since then whenever I’ve had any questions I reach out and ask for help, and one of the Doctors is able to advise me. They are friendly and helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about any question on hottubs, jets etc. They take the time to listen and suggest options to tackle any issues we’ve encountered. They are incredibly in demand as they know their stuff, and they are absolutely transparent on their pricing. They run a professional business with a sense of fun so they are a pleasure to work with! Engineer was running late due to an overrun on another job but instead of cancelling like most companies would he arrived with us at about 17:00 and carried out a full service, fault diagnostics and repairs, finishing at 20:00 in the evening. Simon and another chap attended my property at the arranged time and, having promptly diagnosed the problem, resolved it as well as another issue which was identified as potentially contributing. They then gave advice as to the filter, giving me the model number and the best solution as to replacement. The area was left tidy and they left within the hour. The challenge: our wood-fired hotub is amazing BUT we want to have the choice to use it more frequently and spontaneously. The solution: Hottub Doctors! After extensively researching the 'art of the possible' and reaching out to some local companies who were only interested in offering help on a tub they supplied, I finally found Simon and the team who were open and honest about what I could do. After contacting our tub manufacturer for some info, and providing the Hottub Doctors team with images and an explanation of what I was after, they assembled a package to supply and install both a Heat Pump and Filter. From day one the communication on the project was spot-on and on installation day Simon just cracked on with it, completing and testing the setup much quicker than anticipated. With the benefit of having outdoor smart plugs available, he also discussed how I could save money by timing the pump and filters to run during cheaper electricity times, making the solution even more affordable day-to-day. Now we can use the hot tub whenever we want, and we still have the option to burn wood should the local power network fail due to WW3. I needed a cover for my hottub,most suppliers quoting between 12 and 18 weeks for delivery,I spoke to Jerry at hot tub doctors on Thursday for a quote, he told me 2 weeks as it needed to be made to order due to the size . However he rang back the next day saying that it would be available sooner possibly as they had a cover in stock and he would let me know a delivery date on Saturday .On Saturday he contacted me saying the cover was ready and I could collect that day or he could deliver it on monday.Blackpool to Northampton!.The cover was delivered on the Monday it fitted the tub perfectly and looks amazing .To sum up 4 days from initial contact to delivery,a fantastic service from an amazing company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again even a replacement hot tub when needed, despite the distance between us.Thanks again for excellent service and I wish your company continued success, Richard More...

I would 100% recommend Hottub Doctors for anything you might need with regards to your hot tub. We have had a full service and an air source heat pump fitted. On both occasions they were punctual, friendly and very respectful of both us and our property. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Where do I start?, Jerry and his team were nothing short of amazing! They answered all of our questions with helpful knowledge and provided us with a fantastic deal on a hot tub and Air Source Heat Pump. The hot tub is perfect for our size of existing decking, it fits really well to say it wasn’t designed from the off. Great choice of colour and the cover is easy to operate. The tub itself is great, has good power from all jets and some nice little features with lights and sound system. The Air Source Heat Pump is remarkable, to be able to heat the water as quick as it did from 20.5c to 38c in as little as 4 hours, meant we were able to enjoy the hot tub on the installation day and throughout the weekend. Simon is a credit to the team, working tirelessly throughout the installation. Even once fitted and they had left, something that was appreciated was a message from Jerry later that night to ask if everything was going well and if we had any concerns. You don’t get that from companies these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jerry and Hot Tub Doctors to anyone, they were great. More...

Jerry and the team have been very helpful in helping me solve my issues, after having my tub in storage for quite some time due to a house move. After refilling I had an error come up, and required a new circulation pump which Jerry talked me through how to install myself, which was very straightforward. Unfortunately after a few days I noticed the tub had stopped working and again Jerry talked me through the potential problems.
