Jamie was really lovely to speak to, he was quick in getting back to me and explaining what services are included, he was able to get some colleagues down to us nice and early that same week and they did a great job of deep cleaning our hot tub that hadn’t been used in over a year whilst explaining how to operate and clean the hot tub as part of general maintenance. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in the industry for over 10 years we noticed most companies are not intereted in helping you once you own their product- we noticed this and decided that everyone needs help every now and then. So we decided to offer our knowledge to every hot tub customer out their. no matter what product they own or where they purchased it from.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of out staff are tested twice a week and they all wear PPE equipment and sanitise daily

We provide a full drain/clean and re fill service for your hot tub - includes testing all components of the hot tub inside and out
Flush of pipeworks to help with hard water build up
Cleaning of covers/shell/cabinets using specialised chemicals to help prolong the life of your hot tub
Cleaning filters and filtration sytems to make sure your water safer
Advise on chemical procedures to make your general daily maintenace easier for you
Hot tub/swim spa health check
Providing an MOT for your hot tub/swim spa
Helps prevent any issues you may not be aware of that are building up

Provides greater sanistasion and cleaner water as we are able to assist you with your weekly upkeep aswell as help with the cleaning of your filters and chemical maintenace
