We had the pleasure of Jamie attending to service and clean our tub today, he was a pleasure to have at our home, he was mindful we had dogs so made us aware that the gate will be open for a few minutes whilst bringing in his equipment. I have used Hot Tub and Spa Solihull for servicing my Coast Hot Tub and always been really impressed with the service. I recently ordered a new hot tub lid which was coming from Coast in Canada. There were a few issues with the order from the Coast end, and I was kept updated regularly by Paul and Stacey who were doing thier utmost to fulfill the order. They constantly chased Coast and when it finally came , they fitted it the same day. We visited hot tub and spa to look around and get some idea of costs and other information. When we met the owners, they were very friendly and understanding of our needs, and we were very impressed with their knowledge of all the products they offer. We felt very comfortable with the service they offered, so we decided to purchase a hot tub the same day from them. They took the time to show us all the products that were available and also took the time to take into account my disability. What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always worked in a family business and wanted to create this for our own family. The stability, creativity, flexibility and being master of our own universe was the inspiration. There are plenty of struggles along the way but the ability to work with your favourite people and be able to offer a great service to our clients out weighs the negatives.
Why should our clients choose you?
Being a family run business are customers can expect to talk to the same people this creates a sense of familiarity and connection. We learn to understand each individuals needs and likes so we can listen and offer good solutions as their journey progresses with us. We enjoy our products, both as a user and supplier. Supplying the products involves a lot of research to do well and understanding, this is interesting to us, which in turn allows to bring innovative quality products to market, which is good for the consumer. Aftercare is an important part of our business and completes our customer relationships, this is fulfilling for us and offers peace of mind for our clients.

We offer FREE telephone advice and support. This is most useful for water chemistry issues and common product issues that we can sometimes solve online without the need for a call out.

Cold, Covid and Flu viruses are part of the world we live in and we adopt good hygiene inside, and outside. We have masks available and sanitiser in our shop / showroom.
