Homeright responded to my BARK request and came to do the job within two days of their response. First fix didn't do the job 100% so they came back within two days of learning of that. We agree further work which they did in a half day visit. The problem had been a leak through our Velux window frame. In the past two weeks, despite unusual amounts of wind and rain, the roof has been sound and dry - for the first time in three years. Good response time, friendly personable frontman, clearly knows what he is talking about and summed up our requirements very well.

Very fast response to request on bark and very quick to quote. Quoted against approx. 2 hours work, but completed job in 35 minutes. They have put in the new joints as agreed, so seems to be a good job, but to high up to be able to check out. Didn't spot that the quote required same day payment and no mention on visit, so assumed the usual 7 or 14 days payment terms enabling time to check the work, but had workmen knocking door within 48 hours asking I pay straight away - very poor business practise, so have reduced the star rating accordingly More...

Hi Richard Over 700+ Happy customer over 10years of trading and you seem to be the only person that as not spotted payment terms its £380 its not the money its our terms and its a principal thing to be honest When I visited your property you where very concerned about water ingress splashing up walls and that you had been paying a window cleaner to solve problem but to know avail. We have bent over backwards to get a van there ASAP and solve problem namely 7.30am on a Saturday morning .We have obviously solved problem as you would of know doubt been on telephone too let us no . And why we called around for payment was my guys where passing and i had tryed to call your telephone and messaged but you wouldn’t answer phone after 5/6 attempts. Your more than welcome to a refund of your £380 and you can keep are products as we are thankfuly are not in a poor financial situation and can pay our bill upon request . Kindest Regards Bill

They were not the cheapest but the quote was detailed and the gentleman considered more than one aspect of what was needed in resolving the issues.

My dear Mrs Chamberlain thank you for your kind response but unfortunately you fail to explain that you had no funding in place and that you’re looking for grants and any other means to pay for all the works required this is why we never forwarded a quote because you were not in a position to move forward and have any works carried out but I wish you all the best luck in the future and hope it gets sorted in the end

Brilliant service and quick service

Very well organised company. Booked me in no waiting to have job done excellent work all moss removed , painted to stop regrow of moss . Guys very plight advised me of gaps eve support trays was added to protect roofs . They even put lantern style out side light for me . I had my roof cleared of moss and the guttering replaced. The two guys worked consistently hard for three days.

Terrible, over £1500 was taken and after two days and a poor excuse as to why they were not coming back was given I've not heard anything from this business. I'm now in the process of going to Trading Standards to report this business for there lack of customer care, care and consideration with regards to the work carried out and overall disregard for me as a customer. Contact was good and efficient job done well

I requested pictures of the finished job, because I'm too chicken to go up myself, which they supplied and it looks to be a good job. They also advised me to get a repair of the under-roof felt while they were there, and showed photos of that damage also. The price was as quoted and was about the same as other roofers I asked to quote (these guys actually gave a written quote, which is what swung things in their favour). More...
