They rang me and gave a quote for a small fence & 450, I said I'd rather get the materials myself as can get cheaper than them, he instantly hung up on me. Way over charging. Tried to get me to have garden work done instead. More...

Hi linda think you have misunderstood when i rang i ask you what kind of fence you are looking for and you said you needed fencing on 2sides of the garden at 10foot 1side and 25foot at the other side you mentioned you had bushes on the right hand side of the garden which mite need cutting out at the back so the fence can be fitted in with out the bushes pushing up against the fence… which i replied that not a problem we can get that sorted out for you.. and the £450 is for material cost whichyou said you could sauce and or labour and the bushes cutting out.. all in would be £450 even if you got the materials…. ,fence material £200 ,labour cost £200,bushes cut out £50, am not being rude but £450 is a very reasonable price if you want a Quality fence you are looking between £350/£650 and thats with out cutting the bushes out as its over 35foot all together.. and am sorry that you think i put phone down but was in Halifax doing a fence at a farmers house and signal was not the best..
