What’s your interior design process?
Initial Consultation - We will discuss your project details with you either on-site or online, which will depend on location and your preference. The Initial consultation is the best time to identify the challenges and goals of the client for their space.
Concept Development - At this stage, ideas are translated into initial layout, mood boards, and design concepts to reflect the client's vision, goal and challenges identified during initial consultation.
Design Development - Detailed plans are created including materials selection, furniture layouts, finishes, and lighting designs.
Documentation - Technical Drawings and specifications are prepared for contractors and suppliers.
Execution - The design is implemented. Options are available for us to oversee the installation and ensure everything aligns with the plan, or to engage directly with your contractor.
Final Review - Depending on the early agreements and project requirements, a walkthrough ensures the project meets expectations and is ready for use.

Both remote and in-person service are available. This will depend on the project location and client's preference.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We strive to maintain good hygiene and do not see client's in-person if unwell. Wearing a mask or social distancing is currently not required but we are happy to follow this protocol as and when necessary.
