What I love the most, and that gets me out of bed, is helping as many organisations and people as possible to be the best version of themselves.

I want to share my experience, skill and knowledge with as many people as possible while making a living.

With my experience, knowledge and interview style I am able to solve a multitude of problems for organisations. The problems I solve are, but not limited to: a negative culture within the organisation, poor Employee morale which is affect productivity, low Employee Engagement metrics, losing staff to competitors (attrition rates), high levels of illness and people off work, toxic Employees who ruin working conditions for everyone else but are the best of what they do, disengaged teams/Depts and the loss of creativity and ingenuity.
Whatever it is I will of seen it or experienced it in some way, shape or form and will always find a way to resolve.

With my experience, knowledge and transparent approach I am able to solve a multitude of problems. I have been successfully leading and managing professionals for over 26 years, in all sorts of industries and organisations, plus I topped up my experience with a MSc in Leadership and Management.
The problems I can solve are, but not limited to: under performing teams, how to set goals and inspire your teams, negativity within Depts, negotiating, conflict management, setting a positive culture that stays, instilling values, performance management challenges and running team meetings/presenting.
Whatever your challenge I can help you. My experience, knowledge and natural instinct to asking the right questions at the right time has helped me develop hundreds of leaders over the years.

Mindfulness in the workplace
I provide either individual sessions or large online/F2F presentations with contain activities to start taking control of your mind.
I provide a real life example of how Mindfulness helped me through a life changing situation.
If you serious about gaining control of your mind, controlling stress level or just getting a better quality of life then I'm your man.
Self Defence
I provide no nonsense, battle proven self defence techniques that can be taught to anyone with no fighting experience and of any fitness level. We use natural movements / body mechanicals to enable people to successfully defend themselves after 6 hours of training. I can provide group sessions or private one to one training. However, if you would prefer to learn by yourself I provide a DVD of the complete course which can be sent directly to you.
Service Management
With over 26 years working in the Service Management arena I am able to discuss Operational Strategy, processes, maturity models, ITIL set up, from the Service Desk all the way up to CMDB implementation.
I am also ITIL qualified and have successfully got companies through ISO27001 audits.
