Hilliards responded very promptly to my request via Bark to take down some trees in my garden.
Very friendly and accommodating, they returned at the weekend to complete the work.
The trees were next to a lake so presented a slight challenge. Adapted well and did a great job.

Requested to work without supervision to secure / replace garden fence line. I was phoned to say "job complete" and transferred money in full. When able to check the job I found work not completed. Asked the man to return however he had no interest to continue. "he took the money and ran". Don't fall for the smile, he is not to be trusted. More...

Thank you for your review. I contacted sean about the works that needed to be carried out. After a site visit we agreed to fence the area so his dogs could not escape. He was not in the property yet so we worked around the previous owner. Sean wanted works to be carried out before he moved in the property. The job was completed and we contacted sean. I contacted sean a week after he moved into the property about additional works and to see if he was happy with the fence. He said he was not happy as there were to holes in the fence. We agreed to go out to rectify the fault. When on property the holes had nothing to do with the new fencing we provided. However the badgers damaged the old chain link fence that did not require replacing. Repaired one whole but could not gain access to the second. We told sean that he would have to cut a 30ft hedge to complete this work as we could not do the work he wanted with out taking the hedge back plus additional materials. Sean did not seem keen to go ahead so we didnt want to as he thought the works would of been carried out. We aim to always try our best with every job we do sorry you feel this way. A response was received the same day I posted my request. Including quote and viewing. The job completed 2 days later at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use again
