Alex was a fantastic DJ for our wedding. Alex’s approach is unfussy, warm and lively. Alex was accommodating and had helpful suggestions regarding sound and lighting to give us and our guests the best night. The dancefloor was going all night, and many guests commented (slightly exhaustedly) how there were no breaks in the bangers (!) we loved looking through our guestbook the next day, and the magic nitro photobooth was a hit with all ages. What a fantastic night! Alex was great, we only actually met after our Wedding meal, but instantly clicked, he was super friendly and energetic for the evening. Song choices were incredible, the dance floor was never empty! Not to mention how accommodating he was for any on night requests. We found this company on bark and are so pleased we did. Alex did a fantastic job at my daughters 18th birthday. She sent over her Spotify list of songs ahead of time so the party was filled with music she loves, along with lots of floor fillers and requests too- we were all up and dancing all night long and she had the best time! Claire was fab on the Photo Booth too and I’m so pleased we added that on, as it really was the most fun and came with a beautiful keepsake book that everyone added their photos and messages to. Needless to say the photos and messages got funnier as the night went on and looking through them the following day was great. Really friendly, lovely service, would thoroughly recommend and would certainly use them again. Thankyou so much for making my daughters party such a fun and special occasion! More...

DJ Alex was one of the highlights of our event, after our previous DJ dropped out suddenly and we needed an emergency contact. Luckily, with less than an hour before the event, DJ Alex was available to fill in and provided a great service and more! We are so so pleased we made the decision to have Alex doing our evening entertainment at our wedding last month. From the initial zoom call to the actual evening, Alex was professional, friendly and very experienced throughout. He listened to what we wanted on the night, but was also able to adapt the music to the mood of the room, and as a result, the dance floor was busy pretty much the whole night! We had lovely feedback from our guests about how nice it was how many people were on the dance floor for most of the evening. Great communication from the beginning and a handy online form helped us tailor exactly what we wanted from song requests to timings of a confetti canon. We had our Wedding at Wotton House and Hey Mr DJ ran the evening entertainment. Everything was easy and seamless from the initial booking call, to song request sheet and on the day set up. We were fortunate that Alex was very familiar with the venue, but everything was absolutely perfect. Alex catered to a variety of music requests from musicals to all genres and kept people on the dance floor all night.

The photo booth was an incredible addition and well worth it. Props provided and guests given 2 print outs of their photos. A book was also provided for guests to stick photos in and write messages which was then given to us with a memory stick of all photos which was a perfect gift for our wedding.

Great value, great personality and wonderful service, would recommend and hire again for an event! More...
