Discussed work needed pollard a willow tree. Price for work including taking away debri. And they stared work, 50 mins into the job they stopped and decided that the job was going to cost three times as much to complete. They could only do so much of the job for the money. After already agreeing the price I was very disappointed. Anyway king story short after trying for more money and failing, they did a job in the tree and left all of the branches, logs etc in the garden for us to clear ourselves! There is at least two days work with no machines or chainsaw! Lesson learned Always get written quotes, not verbal quotes and Don’t use this company anymore! More...

Not very good. Get a written quote for any work required, which I did not. Individual gave a price which he changed as the work progressed. Said he would clear all after completion, he did not, only took the small branches, dumped the large branches in the lane adjacent to my garden. Don't believe every thing he says.
