No paperwork or receipt after requesting 6 times. He kept assuring me he would send it as soon as the work was completed but no response to text messages. Did a good job on the roof but the guttering is leaking, the soffits are poor quality and dirty. No paperwork, very messy, have left behind his ladders and left-over materials, lack of communication, only text messages. Getting someone else in to replace guttering, soffits, and facias. Asked for a refund of £500 as a goodwill gesture because of inconvenience and being out of pocket. No response. Mike, stick to just doing roofs mate and leave the guttering to the professionals.
