I have been having a mixture of therapy and life coaching with Joe for 5 months now, he has been extremely patient with me during my recovery and sessions, helping to rebuild my life and regain my confidence and self esteem, it has been a struggle but Joe is helping me get back on track and I look forward to future development with joes help.

Joe has been tremendous in helping me to stop smoking, with his four session program I have now stopped smoking for three months. At first I was sceptical about hypnotherapy especially as it was online and I wasn’t sure what else to do. Joe is now currently helping me to build my confidence. Joe is great to work with. He's helped me to be more confident using gym equipment I was hesitant to try on my own and he is great at pushing you to the peak of your abilities. He is also great at explaining what muscles each exercise works and ensuring great form as you work out. Joe is a fantastic PT. I have been trying to get fitter and lose weight for many years and tried countless gym classes and PT's with no results.

I also have a shoulder injury and have hypermobile joints making it extremely painful to train and get stronger.

Joe is the only person who has been able to get me stronger and fitter steadily and pushing me just the right amount whilst not making my hypermobility symptoms worse.

Would recommend to anyone wanting a sensible PT who will do what is best for your body and not overwork you to get quick, superficial and temporary results.

We have been using Joe for c8weeks. He is excellent, prompt and reliable. He pushes my wife and I in the training - but never too hard, and is always mindful of safety and not going too hard. (We are in our 60’s and quite fit). We see Joe twice a week and every session is different which prevents boredom and means different muscle groups are exercised. If you’re thinking of hiring a PT don’t look any further than Joe. Joe is very professional he understands your goals and what you want to achieve. I didn’t want the muscles as I thought having a PT would always give you not unless that is what you want but Joe made me realise that and the results I achieved within the first 4 weeks was brilliant I looked toned and felt better in myself x yes you have to put the work in but Joe is very motivating and clearly wants you to achieve your goals and supports you all the way. Joe has really changed my mindset on working out. I was so anxious about going to a gym or getting myself a PT but he’s care and professionalism is just amazing. He’s the perfect mix of going military, pushing you to push yourself whilst always asking if you’re ok. Iv had issues with my back and Joe’s always worked exercises around that. I have had amazing results and as such have decided to keep working with Joe.

I initially wanted to tone up and lose some weight but working with Joe three times a week has allowed me to exceed my own expectations.

While I have lost weight, what I am really proud of is my increase in strength, flexibility and enrgy levels. I'm the fittest I've been in years.

Joe is really motivating, patient and really keeps me on track. I can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve been training with Joe for a little over a month now 3 times a week and already satisfied with the progress I’ve made so far. He knows what he’s doing and pushes you to achieve your goals and keeps you in check. Training at home has been amazing for me since I find it difficult to get to the gym because of work, however even if I could get to one I am not sure I’d achieve results this fast left to my own devices. I’ve definitely gotten stronger and my clothes are fitting better, I can’t wait to see what I look like in 3 months. I've been training with Joe for 5 months. I started mainly to help manage my back pain caused by mild scoliosis and having a desk job. I feel much better all over, from less tension, having more strength and my posture is improving. Joe has a good understanding of my goals and each session is focused on helping me achieve them.
