I help women 40+ who struggle with health overwhelm. They usually have issues around eating and implementing healthy eating & exercising habits as they're not sure what to do. They are often peri/menopausal/post menopausal and wonder what has happened, as they haven't changed anything but nothing seems to work.

What you eat and more importantly, Why you eat, are fundamental to feeling your best. It will impact every aspect of your health including your mood, energy, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol along with many other health benefits.

I build a trusting relationship with my clients so they can share their goals and wishes for their health and reasons why this is important to them. I help them to look at barriers to why they may not have had good results in the past and how to overcome them. It's about small changes, consistently applied, I provide the accountability that is missing when you're trying to achieve these things on your own.

Firstly to have realistic expectations of what your body is capable of. To stop comparing to others or even to yourself in the past. You have to look forward and celebrate and respect your body for what it has done and continuing to do for you. You have to nourish it and treat it gently. You will never hate yourself into a smaller/healthier body.

I love it when people achieve the results they were hoping for and feeling fantastic and able to go forward trusting that they can do the right thing for their body and the lifestyle they want to live.

I started as a personal trainer as, having exercised for most of life, I know how it helps with confidence, self esteem and looking and feeling your best.
I moved into Health Coaching just over 2 years ago as I saw how it wasn't just about movement, your diet and attitude to health can be the key moving forward with a healthy mind and body.

I have a lot of experience with clients who struggle with their health, confidence and sticking with a healthy plan. I know the strategies' to make it easier and more likely to achieve the results clients desire. A lot of this is about thoughts and feelings, once you can understand that, you're halfway to feeling your best.

I can provide online, zoom, telephone or in person services.

In person, I keep my space and equipment clean and provide a safe space for clients who want to see me in my own space.

Services

I offer workout programs for every level. Personalised workouts to suit where you are at. From body weight, to weight training with barbells/kettlebells/dumbbells.

Start small and gradually build your strength and fitness in the comfort of your own home. Personalised self guided or through Zoom if that is what suits you.

I offer a coaching only program to help you overcome barriers, issues or just to support and encourage you to make healthy changes to your lifestyle and habits. This can be done via Zoom or telephone calls.

I offer you the accountability that helps to be consistent and make a real difference to your health.

This is a combination of Fitness and Health coaching to give you the ultimate chance to reach your goals and feel fantastic, whilst leaning how to add and keep good habits for life. So you will never need to think about dieting or worry that you aren't living life feeling the best you can.

It will be personal fitness plan and coaching calls to implement the habits that will change your life.
