It was absolutely brilliant having Caroline help me work through my childhood issues of sexual assault, physical abuse and mental abuse.
As a 37 year old male it's not been easy to talk to anyone regarding my stuff as it's always felt very emasculating and shameful, but that was all put to ease during my sessions.
You get what you see, no sugar coating of things or "everything will be ok" kind of attitude, just the raw truth. She makes you feel extremely safe and secure in discussing the problems and very effective in how to deal with them.
As and when I am able to I will be asking for her work on sorting other issues that I have.
Definitely a 10 🌟 experience all around.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for many years in the addiction field as a therapist, and the NHS as a coach and therapist, I became disheartened by the conventional therapies I was using with clients, as they were not getting the accelerated breakthroughs and transformation they desired. They also didn’t work for me either. I realised that there was some key elements missing, and that’s why I created a step by step transformational system that get real results fast. I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to help more people using this system freely.

Im an experienced Transformational Coach, Therapist and Hypnotherapist and successfully worked with hundreds of clients and delivered high level 1-2-1 and group interventions in the NHS for 16 years, the addiction field for 12 and in my private practice for 10. Ive created a proven 7-step transformational model that restores and renews your mental, emotional heart well being and spiritual that works. I believe that I can help you break free from depression, trauma, addiction and because Ive successfully overcome these myself. I know what it feels like to feel trapped in fear and anxiety, feel there’s no way out, and to feel like nothing works! I know what works and what doesn’t work. I know what gets you fast results and lasting transformation due to my own journey and experience. I also have extensive experience spanning many years in the NHS and addiction field, including privately.
The transformational system Ive created will unlock the root cause of what you're experiencing, heal and release it, and give you accelerated breakthroughs and transformation.
From the hundreds of clients I've successfully worked with in the NHS, addiction field and my private practice, 85% experience a shift or breakthrough during their first session and 74% experience a significant breakthrough(s) during the first 3 sessions.
